Zab Judah (27-0, 21 KOs)

vs. Kostya Tszyu (27-1, 22 KOs)

Nov. 3, 2001 at The MGM Grand, Las Vegas, Nev.

Two outstanding light welterweights met at the peak of their careers for what turned out to be an action-packed two-round fight with three title belts on the line. Judah, a lightning-quick southpaw with power in both hands, had knocked out four consecutive opponents -- Allan Vester, Reggie Green, Hector Quiroz and then-champion Terron Millett, and also was the first to defeat Junior Witter. Tzsyu had dominated or KO'd the likes of Sharmba Mitchell, Julio Cesar Chavez, Ahmed Santos, Miguel Angel Gonzalez, Diosbelys Hurtado and Rafael Ruelas in a five-year, nine-fight winning streak.
